Hi, I’m Maddie Cason – the proud new owner of The Avriett House! After years of learning from and working alongside the amazing Layne Varnedoe, I was honored with the opportunity to purchase the business this year – and it was an easy “yes.” 2025 has been a whirlwind of blessings: I got married in March, purchased The Avriett House in October, and we’re expecting our first little one in December! I’m so excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to see what the future holds for The Avriett House and all the wonderful memories still to come.
