Whether it’s hunting quail in the brushy draws of South Texas, scrambling over rocky Western ranges for wild chukar, or walking pheasant fields with your trusty dog by your side, hunting for birds is a fine excuse to get out and enjoy the outdoors. Once the hunt’s done, it’s time to thank the good Lord for a successful day in the field, kick back ‘round the fire, and enjoy some bacon wrapped birds stuffed with jalapeno peppers- mmm-MMM!
